Just a warning to anyone who wants to buy anything from these clowns...Friday 29 April
I found a dvd player on their website that I wanted to buy, so I created an account there, added it to my shopping basket, paid for it with ebucks. I decided that I would collect the thing myself since their offices are nearby. Everything appears to work, except it says "stage incomplete" for everything about my order on their website...payment, stock details, invoicing...the lot. No worries, maybe the ebucks payment takes some time to process?

Phone them to find out what is happening:
Them:"We won't be getting stock of that item until the end of May, would you like to buy this other dvd player?"
Me:"Can it do x y and z?"
Them:"I don't know, I will phone the supplier to find out and call you back"
SURPRISE! no phone call.
Well done for screwing that up. I doubt I'll be shopping there again.

It's now a month since I placed my order. I still don't have a dvd player, they still don't have any idea when it's going to arrive. They phoned me once on the 9th to tell me that it would be arriving on the 15th or on the 21st. As long as they're sure.... I'll see if I can get my money back tomorrow.

Order cancelled because they "think" it will arrive in 2 weeks time. Refund will take approximately 48 hours...place your bets now.
